Tony O’Loughlin (he/him)
For those who feel off balance, heavy, apathetic and/or heightened, Tony offers a safe, relational space to unravel what you’ve been carrying and finally feel at home in your own body. Bridging neuroscience, somatic wisdom, and lived experience to help you transition from 'getting through the day' to true, presence-based healing.
Tony is a trauma-informed registered psychotherapist, relationship counsellor, and yoga and meditation teacher with training and experience in somatic therapy, processwork psychotherapy, parts work (Internal Family Systems), polyvagal theory, embodiment practices, Jungian psychology and Eastern philosophy.
