I am a psychotherapist and relationship counsellor working with individuals and couples.

I support people across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and low mood, grief and loss, relational difficulties, complex trauma, life transitions, and experiences of spiritual emergence or awakening.

My work is informed by somatic and body-centred approaches, processwork psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and Jungian psychology, with roots in Eastern philosophy and phenomenology. I bring together the body, breath, and awareness as central tools to support healing, growth, and the unfolding of deeper spiritual connection.

I have been involved in healing, movement, and personal development since the early 2000s. My early immersion in yoga, somatic practices, and body-based movement deepened a long-standing interest in how we inhabit ourselves — how we carry experience in the body, and what it means to truly care for the soul. Over time, this expanded into an appreciation for the moments of emergence, opening, and transformation that don't always fit neatly into conventional frameworks, but are no less real or significant.

Whether you are navigating everyday struggles or something that feels more profound and harder to name, I offer a space that holds both the practical and the sacred.
