About Tony O’Loughlin

My work is informed by somatic and body-centred approaches, processwork psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian psychology, with roots in Eastern philosophy and phenomenology. It is awareness-based and attends to the body, breath, and relational experience as central elements of the therapeutic process. This work supports healing and personal growth, meaningful relationships, and a deeper sense of spiritual connection, soul-level integration, and aliveness.
